Biography
Irina Kondratova have been working for the company since 2001. The position of the economist of the supply department of OJSC Biryulyov Meat-Packing Plant was offered to her after graduating from Moscow University of Applied Biotechnology. At the enterprise it was necessary to control the supply of products at established prices, balance the commodity and material values, prepare a plan for the analysis of purchases. This was the beginning of her journey, which later became a springboard for great deeds and accomplishments. At some point, She realized that a deep immersion in the financial activities of the whole company will give her the opportunity to be at the center of the economic life of a huge agricultural holding, to communicate with people working in various industries and will open unlimited opportunities for professional and personal growth. And it happened. She always offered a lot of financial decisions: new, effective, advanced. Largely due to this, her career literally "went up the hill", and the experience acquired in the company and knowledge helped her to obtain an MBA degree in finance.
