Biography
Marcus Rhodes has been an independent non-executive director on the board of directors since May 2011. He is currently an independent director and chairman of the audit committee for Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods, Rosinter Group, Cherkizovo Group, Tethys Petroleum and the Russian Sea Group. He was an audit partner for Arthur Andersen from 1998 to 2002 and subsequently for Ernst & Young for 6 years from 2002 until he retired from the profession in 2008. He has spent the last 20 years working in Russia, Ukraine and Central Asia. Rhodes qualified as a chartered accountant in 1986 and is a member of the Institute of Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and the non-executive directors group of the ICAEW. He graduated from the University of Loughborough in 1982 with a degree in economics
