Biography
Siroj Loikov was appointed CJSC PhosAgro AG human resources director in 2011. From 2009 to 2011 he served as Human Resources Director at CJSC Russian Standard. In 2008-2009 was responsible for human resources development at Metinvest Holding. From 2005-2008 Loikov was human resources director at Leman Commodities S.A. Between 1996 and 2005 he held various management positions in British American Tobacco – both at the company`s headquarters in London and its representative offices in Uzbekistan and Russia. Loikov holds a business management bachelor`s degree from Nottingham Trent University (UK). He also graduated from the Tashkent State Economics University wh ere he specialized in international economic relations.
