Biography

oytsov Sergey Anatolyevich, Director of FGBU "GNIZPM" of the Ministry of Health of Russia, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation. Boytsov S.A. in 1980 he graduated with honors from the Military Medical Academy named after SMKirov (Leningrad) and from 1980 to 1984 served on the Red Banner Northern Fleet as the head of the medical service of the nuclear submarine. The period from 1984 to 2002 was devoted to the activities at the Department of Naval and Hospital Therapy of the Military Medical Academy. In 2002, in the rank of colonel of the medical service, he graduated from the service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and continued his career as a chief therapist at the State Medical Center of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (Moscow), renamed in 2003 as the National Medical and Surgical center named after N.I. From 2003 to February 2006, he served as the director of the Central Clinical Diagnostic Complex and the head of the Department of Internal Medicine of the NMHC named after. NI Pirogova. Since March 2011 till present time he has been working as director of the State Research Center for Preventive Medicine of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Since May 2011 until now, he has been acting as the chief freelance medical preventive specialist of the Ministry of Health of Russia. From February 2006 to March 2011 he worked as deputy to science - First Deputy Director General of the Russian Cardiology Research and Production Complex of the Russian Ministry of Health and Social Development. Since March 2011 till present time he has been working as director of the State Research Center for Preventive Medicine of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Since May 2011 until now, he has been acting as the chief freelance medical preventive specialist of the Ministry of Health of Russia. From February 2006 to March 2011 he worked as deputy to science - First Deputy Director General of the Russian Cardiology Research and Production Complex of the Russian Ministry of Health and Social Development. Since March 2011 till present time he has been working as director of the State Research Center for Preventive Medicine of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Since May 2011 until now, he has been acting as the chief freelance medical preventive specialist of the Ministry of Health of Russia.
