Biography
Born in 1963. In 1986 he graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) and was awarded the qualification of Engineer-Physicist. After graduation he has been working at Scientific Development and Production Center Elas (Zelenograd) from 1986 until 1990, and then was the head of the IT company Aragon. Since 1994 he has been holding different positions in the IT subdivisions of «Rigla» and CV «PROTEK», where he administered a project on the creation of a electronic ordering system for chemists was the first one in the Russian pharmaceutical market, as well as creating a merchandise flow accounting program. From 2000 until 2004 he was working at North American software companies. From 2006 until 2009 he was Vice-President for Information Technologies in «PROTEK».
