Biography
Born in 1957. Graduated from Moscow Institute of Engineers of Geodesy, Aerial Photography and Cartography. (MIIGAiK), Applied Astronautics Faculty. After graduation, he worked as a junior research assistant in MIIGAiK. From 1989 until 1996 he occupied leading positions in various small and medium-sized enterprises. From 1997 until 2010 he was Deputy Director General of ОÐО Central Scientific-Research Institute Cyclone. Since 2010 to the present time he holds the position of principal counselor for the Head of the Main Department for the Diplomatic Service at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. He was awarded a Doctorate in Engineering Science.
