Biography
Mr Janusz PÅ‚ocica graduated, among others, from Warsaw School of Economics. He held the following positions: (i) from April 2005 to May 2014 – President of the Management Board of Zelmer S.A., (ii) from 2002 to 2005 – President of the Management Board of Rekpol Organizacja Odzysku S.A., (iii) from 1999 to 2002 – President of the Management Board of Vistula S.A. In years 1996-1999 he held a position of the deputy manager in the Portfolio Companies Management Department in Trinity Management Sp. z o.o. In years 1993-1995 held a position of Department Manager in company Procter & Gambel. Since 26 August 2014 Mr Janusz PÅ‚ocica holds a position of the President of the Management Board of PZ Cormay S.A
