Biography
Johannes Ditch is a member of the Board of Directors of Bayer AG Johannes Ditch was born on January 2, 1962, in Wermelskirchen (North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany). After graduation, Mr. Ditch began his career at Bayer as an intern in the economic department. Since 1984, Mr. Ditch headed a number of senior positions in various departments of the company in Germany, as well as in Bayer, Ltd., in Japan, where for several years he headed the position of CFO. In 2001, Mr. Ditch headed the direction of corporate finance in the Finance Department, in July 2002 was appointed to the position of Finance Manager of the Corporate Center Bayer. His responsibility includes treasury, corporate finance, controlling, pension savings, taxes, as well as the sphere of mergers and acquisitions
