Biography
Ms. Olga Alexandrovna Sidorova has been Director of Legal Affairs of Public Joint Stock Company RAZGULAY Group (Former Name: OJSC RAZGULAY Group) since 2010. From 1999 to 2002, Ms. Sidorova was a Senior Investigator in the Department of internal affairs. Since 2002, she served at Razgulay Sugar Company as Senior Legal Adviser to the Directorate of acquisition and development of industrial enterprises. Since May 2003, she served at Razgulay Group, where she served as Legal Counsel to the Head of the Corporate Law Department and Head of Legal Department. She has been a Director of Public Joint Stock Company RAZGULAY Group since June 29, 2016. In 1999, Ms. Sidorova graduated with honours from the Moscow University of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs degree in law.
