Biography
Yulia Shulga started her job as Deputy CEO for HR of RBC in September 2013. She has been working in the IT industry for over nine years. Between early 2011 and July 2013, she worked on implementing the HR strategy for the merged Afisha-Rambler in the capacity of HR director. Prior to that, for over three years Yulia was in charge of devising the training and professional development strategy as Head of personnel development at Yandex. She is a graduate of the Moscow State University of Communications and Informatics and holds a degree in Software. She also holds a degree in Corporate Management.
