Biography
Mr. Aleksey Aleksandrovich Sirotenko has held the position of Member of the Management Board at PhosAgro PAO (former PhosAgro OAO) since June 10, 2013 and October 5, 2017. Since 2010 he has been the Company's Deputy General Director for Corporate and Legal Issues. /Since 2015 he has been Member of the Management Board, Director for Legal Affairs at PhosAgro-Cherepovets AO. Between 2011 ad 2015 he acted as Director for Legal Affairs at PhosAgro AG ZAO. From 2006 until 2011 he worked as Head of the Legal Department at PhosAgro AG ZAO. Between 2005 and 2006 he was Deputy CEO of CJSC LUKOIL-Neftekhim for legal affairs. From 2000 to 2005 he headed the legal department of the Interkhimprom Group. Mr. Sirotenko graduated from Moscow State University with a degree in jurisprudence.
