Buriko Alexandra

Biography

Alexandra Buriko headed the Finance Directorate of RUSAL in October 2013. She is responsible for the financial planning system, audit, preparation of financial reports and implementation of the company's investment programs. From June to October 2013, Alexandra Buriko was a member of the RUSAL Board of Directors. From November 2012 to October 2013, Alexandra Buriko served as Deputy General Director of En + Group, where she was responsible for the operational management of the company, increasing the efficiency of its business, and improving financial and operating performance. Prior to joining En + Group, Alexandra Buriko worked for 16 years at KPMG in Russia and Canada; Since 2005, she has been a partner of KPMG. In KPMG Alexandra Buriko worked with large Russian and international companies in the metallurgical, mining and oil and gas industries. Alexandra played a key role in the audit of financial statements of major Russian companies in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP and RAS. Alexandra also oversaw IPO planning projects for major Russian metallurgical and mining companies on stock exchanges in London and Hong Kong. Alexandra Buriko graduated from the Economics Faculty of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University; is a member of the Institute of Certified Accountants of Canada and a certified accountant in the United States.
