Biography
Mr. Sirodzh Akhmadbekovich Loikov has served as Member of the Management Board at PhosAgro PAO (former PhosAgro OAO), since 2013. In 2015, he was appointed Director of Human Resources & Social Politics of the Company. Between 2013 and 2015, he acted as Director of the Company's Human Resources. Since 2015 he has been Member of the Management Board, Director of Human Resources and Social Politics at FosAgro-Cherepovets AO; Member of the Board of Directors at Korporativnoye pitaniye OOO. Since 2013, he has occupied the post of Director of Human Resources and Social Politics at PhosAgro AG ZAO. He was first appointed Director of Human Resources of this company in 2011. From 2009 to 2011 he served as Human Resources Director at Kompaniya Russkiy Standart ZAO. In 2008-2009 was responsible for human resources development at Metinvest Holding. From 2005 until 2008 Mr. Loikov was Human Resources Director at Leman Commodities S.A. Between 1996 and 2005 he held various management positions in British American Tobacco – both at the company`s headquarters in London and its representative offices in Uzbekistan and Russia. Mr. Loikov graduated in International Economic Relations from Tashkent State University of Economics. He also graduated from The University of Nottingham.
