Biography
Evgeny has over 15 years of experience in the legal sector, specialising primarily in the venture capital investments of Russian and foreign venture capital funds. Evgeny started his professional career at the international law firms Baker & McKenzie and Baker Botts, where he supported numerous Russian and international M&A deals. Before joining RMI Partners, he was Senior Counsel at VTB Capital Investment Management LLC and Head of the Legal Department at VTB Capital I2BF Innovation Partners LLC. Evgeny graduated from the Moscow Institute of International Trade and Law as a professional lawyer. Evgeny holds the qualification certificates of financial market specialist Series 1.0 (Securities trust management) and Series 5.0 (Management of investment funds, mutual investment funds and private pension funds).
