Biography
Maxim plays a key part in creating the company’s venture investment portfolio and managing its development. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Neothetics, Inc. (NSX:NEOT), Miramar Labs, Inc. (OTCQB:MRLB), Celtaxsys and Atlas Genetics Ltd. Maxim has more then 20 years of professional experience. Before joining RMI Partners, he worked in various positions at the global pharmaceutical company UCB Pharma at its offices in Moscow and Brussels, including as CFO for Russia and the CIS. Maxim’s professional track record includes work experience at Russian production companies, investment and consulting firms. Maxim obtained a MBA degree in 2009 from Vlerick Business School, one of Europe’s leading business schools. Maxim has two other master degrees: he obtained the first in applied mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1997. He also graduated in 2000 from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Maxim also has a professional marketing certificate from The Netherlands Institute of Marketing. Maxim is a member of the Russian Association of Independent Directors.
