Biography
Mr. Yakovlev was born on April 29, 1952. In 1975 he graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute as a specialist in experimental nuclear physics. In 1975-1976 he worked as an engineer of Lebedev Physical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In 1976 – 2016 he held operative and managerial positions in the state security bodies. Commencing October 10, 2016, Mr. Yakovlev has been a Deputy Director General of ROSATOM. He has state and departmental awards.
