Biography

Education n 1998, he graduated from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics with a degree in World Economy. In 2012, he graduated from A.S. Griboedov Institute of International Law and Economics with a degree in Law. Professional Background In 1997-1999 Mr. Poltavsky worked in Sidero, LLC and Sidero-Service, LLC as a manager, the Deputy Director General for Regional Relations, the Head of the Marketing Office. In 2000-2008 he was the Director General of Elikon-Holding, LLC. In 2009-2015 he worked in the Government of Moscow, the Department of Housing, Communal Services and Municipal Improvement of Moscow, in December 2013, Mr. Poltavsky was transferred to the position of the Head of the Water Relations Directorate. He was awarded the class rank of the State Civil Service: 3rd Class Counselor of the State Civil Service of Moscow. In 2014-2015 Mr. Poltavsky was a member of the Administrative Commission at the Moscow Government for Administrative Offenses. Since August 2015, he has been working as the Counselor of the First Deputy Director General - the Head of the Operational Unit of JSC Rosgeologia, in November 2015 he was appointed as the Managing Director of JSC Rosgeologia.
