Biography
Education In 1993 graduated from the FSB Academy of the Russian Federation in specialty “Radio communications and broadcasting activitiesâ€. In 2015 Dmitry completed MBA programme at Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, majoring in Oil and Gas Business Management. Professional background 1993–2012: Dmitry served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation at different ranks, including senior positions. 2012–2014: held positions in OJSC Gazprom. In 2014 Dmitry started his work at JSC ROSGEO as Director of Analysis and Strategy department. Since 2015 appointed Deputy Head of Administrative office of Director General, later in February 2016 appointed Deputy Director General, Head of Administrative Unit.
