Ilshat Talipov

Biography

In 2005, he graduated from V.I. Ulyanov-Lenin Kazan State University with a degree in Geology and Geochemistry of Fossil Fuels. In 2007 he graduated from the Tomsk Polytechnic University with a degree in Development and Operation of Oil and Gas Fields. In 2015 Mr. Talipov graduated from the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education “The Bashkir State University” with a degree in Law. Professional Background 005-2011: 1st Category Geologist of the Territorial Project of Oil Production “Muravlenkovskneft”, Oil and Gas Production Workshop No. 15; Leading Geologist of Oil and Gas Production Workshop No. 12; Deputy Head of the Technology Office for Oil and Gas Field Development; Head of the Geology Office; Head of the Technology Office for Oil and Gas Field Development; Head of the Directorate - Deputy Chief Geologist of the Directorate for Oil and Gas Field Development; Head of the Directorate – Deputy Chief Geologist of the Directorate for Oil and Gas Field Development of the branch of “Muravlenkovskneft” in the Open Joint-Stock Company Gazpromneft-Noyabrskneftegaz. 2011-2012 - Head of the Geology Office of the Administration. In 2012-2013 Mr. Talipov occupied the position of Chief Geologist, Deputy Director General for Geology and Exploration. In 2013-2015 he worked as the Chief Geologist in the branch of Salym Petroleum Services B.V. Since November 2015 he has occupied the position of the Director for Geological Prospecting Works for Raw Hydrobarbons in JSC Rosgeologia.
