Biography

Education In 1995 she graduated from G.V. Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics with a degree in Finance and Credit. In 2013, she received the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree of the National Research University Higher School of Economics. Professional Background Until 2001, Ms. Silina worked in the area of investment management and securities management. In 2001-2013, she occupied various positions in the Economy Department of the MMC Norilsky Nikel, OJSC; occupied the position of the Deputy Head of the Administration in the Foreign Production Asset Department of the MMC Norilsky Nikel, OJSC. In 2013-2014, she was the Director of the Economy and Budgeting Department of the Joint-Stock Company “Rosgeologia”. In 2014, Ms. Silina was appointed as the Deputy Director General for Economy and Finance of the Joint-Stock Company “Rosgeologia”. Since 2015, she has been the Deputy Director General, Head of the Unit of Economy and Finance
