Biography
Education In 2000, he graduated from the Saint Petersburg State University, Law Department. Professional Background From 1997 to 2000, he was the Deputy Head of the Regulatory Affairs Department of the Baltic Bar Council.; From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Kazantsev occupied executive positions in legal departments of commercial companies. In 2002-2003, he worked as the Head of the Legal Department of the Saint Petersburg Customs. In 2004-2005, he worked in the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, in the Office for Personnel Issues and State Awards. The class rank of the 3rd Class Full State Counselor of the Civil Service of the Russian Federation was awarded to Mr. Kazantsev by Decree 113 of the President of the Russian Federation dated February 1, 2014. From 2005 to 2016, he worked in a leading national legal firm (became a partner in 2010). In March 2016, Mr. Kazantsev was engaged by JSC Rosgeologia for the position of the Deputy Director General – Head of the Unit of Corporate and Property Relations.
