Biography

In 2004, she graduated from G.V. Plekhanov Saint Petersburg Mining Institute (Technical University) with a degree in Economics and Management at the Enterprise (in mining and geological exploration). Professional Background Since 1998, she worked in the companies of the Mining and Industrial Complex included into the Group of Companies of the MMC Norilsky Nikel, OJSC. From 2004 to 2012, Ms. Mursenkova worked in the field of personnel management and staff administration in the Kolskaya Mining and Metallurgical Company, OJSC: in 2002 she was appointed as a specialist of the Personal, Labor and Wages Directorate, in 2006 she became the Chief Specialist of the Personal, Labor and Wages Department, in 2008 - the Head (Deputy Head) of the Staff Management Office of the Personnel Department. In 2012, she was appointed as the Chief Manager of the Corporate Staff Policy Office of the Personnel Department of the MMC Norilsk Nickel, OJSC. In August 2013, Ms. Mursenkova was appointed as the Director for the Personnel and Social Policy Department of JSC ROSGEO. Since January 2016, she has been the Human Resources Director of JSC ROSGEO. Decorations and Distinctions: In 2013 Ms. Mursenkova was awarded the Certificate of Appreciation of the Ministry for Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
