Biography

Education Graduate of the Moscow Suvorov Military School. In 2000, he graduated from the Military University of the Defense Ministry of the Russian Federation, Foreign Language Department, with a degree of a Referent Translator of the Arab and English Languages, area of specialization - International Economy. In 2012, Mr. Panov received an MBA degree in Strategic Management from the Higher School of Economics. Professional Background 2000-2002 – Manager, Leading Manager of the Development Office, Interma LLC. 2003-2007 – Chief Specialist, Head of the Office for Scientific and Technical Programs of the Directorate for Economic and Scientific-Technical Relations of Roszarubezhtsentr at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia. Head of the Office for Scientific and Technical Programs and Business Relations of the Reparesentative Office of Roszarubezhtsentr in the Arab Republic of Egypt, Cairo. 2007-2009 – Deputy Head, Head of the Directorate for Investment Project Coordination of Gazprom Invest Vostok LLC – the Customer for implementation of investment projects of Gazprom, OJSC in the frame of implementation of the Program for Creation of a Unified System for Extraction and Transportation of Gas and Gas Supply in Eastern Siberia and the Far East, taking into account the possible export of gas to the markets of China and other countries of the Asia-Pacific region. 2009-2013 – Head of the Business Development and Coordination Directorate, Director of the Foreign Production Asset Department of the Mining and Metallurgical Company (MMC) Norilsky Nikel, OJSC. 2011-2013 – Director General of the Norilsk Nikel International Holding. Mr. Panov supervised overseas production assets of the Norilsk Nikel Group, as well as the implementation of integrated investment projects in South Africa, Botswana and Australia. According to the Order of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation D.A. Medvedev No. 944-r dated 10/06/2013, he was appointed to the post of the Director General of the Joint-Stock Company ROSGEO.
