Biography
Education In 1992, he graduated from I.M. Gubkin State Oil and Gas Academy. Professional Background Ministry of Fuel and Energy of the Russian Federation, Lukoil JSC, and Zarubezhneft JSC. 2005-2008 - Director of the Department of Economy and Finance of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation. 2008-2011 - Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation. 2011-2012 - CEO of JSC Rosgeologia. On May 21, 2012, Mr. Donskoy was appointed as the Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation by the Russian Presidential Decree.
