Biography
Born in 1967. Holds degree with Plekhanov Moscow Institute of National Economy in 1990. From 1990 to 1993 –held various positions in the Soviet Ministry of Finance and the Russian Ministry of Economy and Finance. From 1993 to 1995 – held various positions in the Office of Securities of the International Joint-Stock Bank of savings banks. From 1995 to 1996 – member of the Board, Head of the Office of Securities of the International Joint-Stock Bank of savings banks. From 1996 to 1996 – held senior positions in ACB Center, CJSC Finance Company Finko Investment and Russian Industrial Bank. From 2000 to 2004 – Head of Promissory Note and Investment Programs in the Finance Department at Rosneft, Deputy Departmental Director, and Head of Securities in the Finance Department. June 2004 – appointed Head of Treasury at Rosneft. February 2012 – appointed Financial Director at Rosneft. Since June 2011 – member of the Management Board.
