Biography
Born: December 13, 1953 in Moscow. Graduated from Gubkin Moscow Institute of Petrochemical and Gas Industry with a degree in design and operation of gas pipelines, gas storage facilities and oil depots. Pursued postgraduate studies at I. M. Gubkin Moscow Institute of the Petrochemical and Gas Industry. Has been working in the gas industry since 1978. Has governmental and institutional awards: • Laureate of the Russian Federation Government Prize in the field of science and technology (two prizes), • Honored employee of Fuel and Energy Sector, • Honored gas industry employee, • Veteran of labor, • Medal "In Commemoration of the 800th Anniversary of Moscow". 1995 to 1997 — Head of Overseas Projects Development Section, Long-term Development Division, PJSC Gazprom 1997 to 1998 — Deputy Head, Long-term Development Forecasting Division, Lon-term Development Department, PJSC Gazprom 1998 to 2003 — Head of Long-term Development Forecasting Division, Lon-term Development Department, Science and Ecology, JSC Gazprom 2003 to 2012 — Head of Long-term Development Department, Science and Ecology, Head of Strategic Development Department, Head of Long-term Development Department, JSC Gazprom 2003 to 2012 — member of the Management Board, JSC Gazprom Since April 2013 — Vice President of Rosneft Oil Company in charge of the Gas Business.
