Biography
Born on June 13, 1969, in Moscow. Education: Anatoly Vladimirovich Tikhonov graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1995, majoring in Law, and in 2011, majoring in Management. Professional background: From January 1987 to December 1987, he was a court clerk of the Moscow Garrison Court-Martial. From 1987 to 1999, he served in the Soviet Army, studied at a higher education institution, and worked for for-profit organizations. From 1999 to 2003, he was the Deputy Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Saint Petersburg Administration. From May 2003 to July 2008, he was the Deputy Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Head of the Permanent Delegation of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Administration to the Government of the Russian Federation. From July 15, 2008, he was the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. On November 13, 2008, he was appointed as the First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Vnesheconombank.
