Biography
Born in 1970. Education: In 1993, Andrey Murov graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Saint Petersburg State University. In 1998, he received professional retraining in Financial Management from the Interbranch Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining of Executive Personnel. In 2009, he graduated from the Saint Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation. Doctor of Science (Economics). Professional background: From 1993 to 1996, he worked in the Saint Petersburg City Bar Association. From 1996 to 2000, he was the Deputy Director General of ICN October. From 2000 to 2004, he worked in telecommunications and construction. From 2004 to 2005, he was the First Deputy Director General of Pulkovo Federal State Unitary Aviation Enterprise. From 2005 to 2007, he was the Director of Pulkovo Airport Federal State Unitary Enterprise.
