Biography
Born on April 2, 1966, in Moscow. Education: Mikhail Poluboyarinov graduated from the Moscow Finance Institute in 1988 as an economist majoring in Finance and Credit. He earned a Candidate of Science degree in Economics on May 21, 1999. Professional background: From 1988 to 1990, he worked as a senior economist of the Central Administrative Office of the Savings Bank. From 1990 to 1999, he was the Chief Accountant and the Financial Director of AUTOIMPORT. From 2000 to 2003, he was the Chief Accountant of OJSC Aeroflot. From 2003 to 2009, he was the Deputy General Director of OJSC Aeroflot.
