Biography
OLEG GENNADYEVICH BARKIN is an Oleg Barkin graduated from the Faculty of Power Plant Engineering of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University) in 1998, majoring in Applied Mechanics, and the Faculty of Advanced Training of the same institution in 1999, majoring in Financial Management. Professional background From 1999 to 2000, he worked as a chief specialist and a unit head of the Equity Accounting Department of RAO UES of Russia. From 2000 to 2002, he was a unit head of the Electricity Market Development Department of RAO UES of Russia. From 2002 to 2003, he was the Head of the Market Rules Division of the Trading System Administrator. From 2003 to 2008, he was a member of the Management Board and the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Trading System Administrator. From 2008, he is a member of the Board and the Deputy Chairman of the Board of NP Market Council.
