Biography
Oleg Dubnov graduated from the A. S. Griboedov Institute of International Law and Economics, majoring in Law, and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (MGIMO), majoring in Economics. Professional background From 2011 to 2015, he was a member of the Management Board and the Director for Energy of ZAO Polyus. From 2015 to January 2017, he is the Advisor to the Director General of the Institute of Professional Directors.
