Pavel Livinsky

Biography

Pavel Livinsky was born on 19 February 1980 in Chelyabinsk Education In 2001, he graduated with honours from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Economics. In 2003, he received a master’s degree in Management (Summa Cum Laude). Positions held Pavel Livinsky has spent his entire career in the power sector. He held management positions in major power sector companies based in different Russian regions. Since 2006, he worked at companies comprising the Moscow power grid. 2006 – 2011 In 2006, he was appointed Deputy General Director for Service Sales and Development at JSC Moscow City Power Grid Company, and later was appointed Deputy General Director for Customer Relations and Technological Connection at PJSC “MOESK”. In 2011, he became CEO at JSC United Energy Company. 2011 – 2017 In 2013, he was appointed Head of the Department of Fuel and Energy Sector of Moscow. In 2017, he became Head of the Moscow Department of Housing, Utilities and Amenities. On 11 September 2017, he was appointed Director General of ROSSETI.
