Biography
Graduated from the law faculty of Moscow State University in 1981, and completed post-graduate studies at the Institute of State and Law of the USSR Academy of Science in 1985.Honoured with Olympia National Prize of Women’s Achievements Public Recognition established by the Russian Business Academy. Awarded with the Order of Merit for the Fatherland (II-IV class), and awarded with a 25 Years of Honourable Service badge of merit. Mrs Brycheva received credentials and acknowledgements from the President.
