In 1974 ,Yuriy graduated from Suvorov Military School of Kalinin region.In 1978 graduated from Pushkin Higher Command School of Radioelectronics of Air Defence.In 1985 graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Computing Mathematics and Cybernetics faculty.Mr Borisov has a PhD in Engineering
