Biography
Born in 1954. In 1979 he graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, after studying economics at the Department of Economics and has a degree of Doctor of Science in Economics and Professor rank. He gained experience and expertise in corporate finance, strategic management and corporate governance. Since 2002 he was Head of the Chair of Applied Institutional Economics at the Department of Economics of Lomonosov Moscow State University, and since 2013 he has been the Dean of the Department of Economics.
Research Interest
Currently he is a member of governing bodies of the following organizations: member of the board of directors of PJSC Severstal, JSC RVK. He has been a member of Rostelecom Board of Directors since 2015.
