Biography
From 1989 until 1999 he was on military service in the Russian Armed Forces. In 1999 he was in charge of information security in OJSC Khantymansiyskokrtelecom (later the Khanty-Mansiysk regional branch of the Company), and in 2005 he became the head of IT Division in the Khanty-Mansiysk branch. In May 2012 he was appointed Deputy Director and CTO of this regional branch. In 2012 Nikolay Zenin was approved as Director of Rostelecom’s Khanty-Mansiysk regional branch.
Research Interest
On July 27, 2015 Mr. N. Zenin was appointed Vice President and Director of Siberia Macro-regional Branch of PJSC Rostelecom.
