Biography
Born in 1970. He graduated from Graduated from Irkutsk Institute of Economy and Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics, and received Ph.D. in economics. He gained experience and expertise in corporate finance, strategic management, risk management and corporate governance. Since 2006 until 2016 he had been general director of CJSC Gazprombank Asset Management. Since 2013 until 2016 he successively held postions of vice president, and then executive vice president of GPB Bank (JSC).
Research Interest
He has been a member of Rostelecom Board of Directors since 2015.
