Biography
Alexey Yakovitskiy was born in 1975. In 1997 Alexey graduated from Moscow Lomonosov State University, Department of History, and later in 1998 he graduated from Nelson A. Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy (Albany, US). Since 2009 he has been the general director and chairman of the management board of JSC VTB Capital, and since 2011 he has been general director and chairman of the management board of JSC Holding VTB Capital, LLC Holding VTB Capital IB.

Currently, A. Yakovitstkiy is a member of governing bodied of the following organizations: chairman of the board of directors of VTB Bank (Austria) AG, VTB Capital Investment Management (Switzerland) S.A., member of the board of directors of JSC Holding VTB Capital, LLC Holding VTB Capital IB, VTB Capital Russia & CIS Equity Fund Ltd, VTB Capital Russia & CIS Fixed Income Fund Ltd, LLC VTB Capital Trading.
