Biography
In 1987 Alexey Telyatnikov graduated cum laude from department of radio technology and cybernetics of Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and continued his academic studies and research at the University of Wales under the grant of the Royal Society. At the launch of his career Alexey was in charge of the technology part of projects aimed at deployment of stock market infrastructure in Russia, by leading in 1995 CJSC RTS Technology Center. Thereafter, Alexey was involved in solving IT and business development tasks doing business as one of key executives of major insurance, finance and IT companies. In 2001 he was IT Director with Alpha Group. In 2002-2015 he held senior executive positions with Rosgosstrakh, CJSC Svyaznoy Bank, and VSK Insurance House, took part in IT transformation projects in Sberbank, Alpha-Insurance and MICEX.
Research Interest
From April 2015 until August 2016 Alexey was Executive Director with Tinkoff Insurance. In August 2016 Alexey Telyatnikov was appointed IT Vice President of Rostelecom.
