Biography
Denis Lysov was born in Rostov-on-Don in 1978. In 2000 Denis graduated from North Caucasus Division of Moscow Technical University of Telecommunications and Information where he studied telecommunications networks and switching systems. His career in telecommunications industry Denis started in 2000 when he joined OJSC Rostovelektrosvyaz (currently Rostov Branch of Rostelecom) as a data network engineer.In 2001-2003 Denis was involved in mobile communications project management in Huawei Technologies.
Research Interest
In 2003-2017 Denis was with Mobile TeleSystems (MTS), where he successively held various positions starting as Lead Specialist in Regional Switching System Development and ending as Project Director in MTS Head Office.In 2008 Denis was appointed Head of MTS Branch in Rostov region. In June 2017 Denis Lysov was appointed Vice President and Director of South Macroregional Branch of PJSC Rostelecom.
