Dmitriy Kurakin

Biography

 Dmitriy Kurakin was born on November 5, 1970 in Novosibirsk. In 1993 Dmitriy graduated from Saint Petersburg State University with a degree in law. Then for over 6 years Dmitriy was involved in real estate management and legal consulting, and in March 1998 he was appointed Deputy Head of State Property Disposition Division of City Property Management Committee in Saint Petersburg, and since October 2000 he was the Division Head in the same Committee. In 2002–2008 Dmitriy was Director of State Unitary Enterprise for Real Estate Inventory Management and Valuation in Saint Petersburg. In 2008–2010 Dmitriy was Deputy Chairman of City Property Management Committee in Saint Petersburg, and later since 2010and until 2012 he was Chairman of City Property Management Committee of Saint Petersburg City Government.

Research Interest

 Since May 2012 Dmitriy was Deputy Chairman of Moscow Region Government; then on November 14, 2012 he was appointed Director of Property Relations Department of the Russian Ministry of Defense. In May 2017 Dmitriy Kurakin was appointed Vice President and Administrative Director of Rostelecom.
