Dmitriy Peresvetov

Biography

 Dmitry Peresvetov has held the position of Chief Accountant of Rostelecom since August 2013. Since 2013 – Director of Rostelecom’s General Service Center. 2012-2013 – Dmitry led a project to create Rostelecom’s General Service Center, handling accounting and HR record keeping functions, treasury operations and collection of accounts receivable. 2011-2012 –the Head of the treasury of the newly integrated company after the reorganization of the Interregional Telecoms Companies and Rostelecom. 2008-2011 – Deputy director of the finance department at CenterTelecom OJSC. Dmitry began his career in the business consulting and business evaluation divisions of Ernst & Young, providing business process optimization services in the fields of accounting, financial reporting, investment project evaluation and business evaluation for companies in the telecommunications, aviation and rail sectors.

Research Interest

 Dmitry is a member of the Russian Association of Corporate Treasurers. He was born on 27th January 1981 in Saint Petersburg. Education: Degree in Information Systems of the Economy from the St.Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation (2003). In 2009 Dmitry successfully completed qualification tests for the CIMA program.
