Galina Rysakova

Biography

 Born in 1967. In 1999 she graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, department of law. In 1989–2001 she was employed by OJSC Sheremetievo International Airport where she successively held positions of senior engineer, head of group, and then Head of Personnel Management Department. In December 2001 she became Head of Personnel Management in Directorate for Organizational Development and HR Management of OJSC Rostelecom. In September 2003 she was appointed Acting Director of Organizational Development and HR Management, and then became Director of Organizational Development and HR Management of OJSC Rostelecom. In July 2006 Galina was appointed Director of Organizational Development and HR Management, Department and in 2011 she became Executive Director and Director of Organizational Development and HR Management. Since June 2013 she has served as Senior Vice President for Organizational Development and HR Management.
