Biography
Kira Kiryukhina has held the position of Director of External Communications Department since February 2013. March 2012 –Director of Public Relations Department at Rostelecom. 2009–2012 – Communications Director at the SKOLKOVO Moscow School of Management. 2008 – Director of Public Relations Department of the united VimpelCom Group. 2007 – Director of Corporate Communications at Golden Telecom. 2004–2007 – Director of Public Relations of Microsoft Russia. Kira began her career in PR in 1999 at Wimm–Bill–Dann, progressing from PR Manager to Director of Public Relations.

She was born on 15th May 1973 in Moscow. Education: Degree in Geology from Lomonosov Moscow State University (1995), degree in Economics from Institute of Business Studies within the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (1997).
