Biography
Born in 1966. In 1988 he graduated from Moscow Finance Institute (Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation), faculty of credit and economics and obtained the qualification of economist, and then received his PhD in economics. He gained experience and expertise in corporate finance, strategic management, risk management and corporate governance. Since 2009 until 2012 he successively held positions of infrastructure director and deputy chairman of Vnesheconombank. In 2012 he was named first deputy of chairman of Vnesheconombank. Currently he is a member of governing bodies of the following organizations: member of the board of directors of CJSC Lider, PJSC Rosseti, PJSC Aeroflot, member of supervisory board of JSC AIZhK, member of the management board of Vnesheconombank.
Research Interest
He was Member of the Board of Directors of in 2010–2011 and has continued since 2014.
