Biography
Nikolay Zenin was born on September 14, 1972 in former Sverdlovsk (now Ekaterinburg). He graduated from Ryazan Higher Military Officer School of Telecommunications and received his second higher education diploma from Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radio-electronics specializing in IT systems in economy. From 1989 until 1999 he was on military service in the Russian Armed Forces. In 1999 he was in charge of information security in OJSC Khantymansiyskokrtelecom (later the Khanty-Mansiysk regional branch of the Company), and in 2005 he became the head of IT Division in the Khanty-Mansiysk branch.
Research Interest
In May 2012 he was appointed Deputy Director and CTO of this regional branch. In 2012 Nikolay Zenin was approved as Director of Rostelecom’s Khanty-Mansiysk regional branch. On July 27, 2015 Mr. N. Zenin was appointed Vice President and Director of Siberia Macro-regional Branch of PJSC Rostelecom.
