Biography
Independent Director, General Director of OJSC Otkritie Holding. Born in 1972. Graduated from Moscow State Academy of Law. R. Aganbegyan gained experience and expertise in corporate finance, strategic management and corporate governance. In 2010-2012 he was in charge of OJSC Moscow Stock Exchange MICEX-RTS, and in 2012–2013 he was general director of OJSC FC Otkritie; since 2014 until 2017 he had been general director of OJSC Otkritie Holding, and since 2017 he has been president of PJSC "Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation". Currently R. Aganbegyan is a member of governing bodies of the following organizations: chairman of the supervisory board of PJSC "Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation", chairman of the board of directors of LLC OTKRITIE Capital and Public Joint-Stock Company TRUST National Bank, member of the management board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Public Organization, member of the board of directors of OJSC MMK and JSC Otkritie Holding, member of the supervisory board of the Russian Industrial Development Fund (Federal State Autonomous Institution), member of the board of Polytechnic Museum Development Fund.
