Biography
Born in 1965. In 1987 he graduated with a degree in Law from Leningrad State University. He gained experience and expertise in corporate finance, strategic management, corporate governance and telecommunications. Since 2010 until 2013 he was general director of OJSC Svyazinvest, and since 2013 he has been chairman of the supervisory board of GK Avtodor.
Research Interest
He has been a member of Rostelecom Board of Directors since 2011.
