Andrei Gurlenov

Biography

2001: Graduated from Saint Petersburg State University of Telecommunications, majoring in Communication Networks and Commutation Systems. 2009: Obtained the degree of Master of Business Administration (МВА) at Moscow International Higher Business School (MIRBIS). 1999 -2002: engineer at several telecommunication companies, including the Russian cellular leader MTS (in Saint Petersburg). From 2002: Specialization in training and development of employees, first at Ericsson’s training centre in Russia, and from 2004 at Vimpelcom (operator of the Beeline cellular brand), progressing from technical trainer to Director for Education, Development and Career Planning at Vimpelcom. 2010–2011: Head of international HR at Yota Group. 2012–2016: Work at Rosatom (Russian nuclear power holding), responsible for HR and administration at AKKUYU NÜKLEER AÅž (an atomic power station under construction by Rosatom in Turkey), then, from November 2015, HR Director at Atomenergomash (the mechanical-engineering division of Rosatom). From October 2016: Deputy CEO and Head of HR at RTI (Russian leader in radar technologies).
