In 1993 graduated from Moscow Red Banner Geological Prospecting Institute with a degree in enterprise economics and management. Graduated from Moscow State Pedagogical University with a degree in law in 2003. 1991–1992: Assistant to the Chairman of the Moscow Municipal Science and Technology Committee. 1992: Assistant to the Chairman of the Council of the Moscow Mayor’s Innovation Foundation. 1993: Head of Legal Department at Galaxy International Business Center. 1993–1994: Assistant to the Chairman of Board of Directors of Moscow Science and Technology Committee OJSC.. 1994: Executive Director of Strategy and Development Department at Sistema JSFC. 1994–1995: Head of Organizational and Legal Department at Sistema JSFC. 1995: Head of Organizational and Legal Administration of Sistema-InvestCJSC. 1996–1999: Head of Capital Management at Sistema-InvestCJSC. 1999: Vice-President of Sistema-InvestCJSC. 2001: Head of the Organizational and Legal Administration at Sistema JSFC. 2002: Deputy Director of the Corporate Property Department at Sistema JSFC. 2002–2006: Director of Corporate Property Department at Sistema JSFC. 2006–2011: Deputy CEO of Detsky Mir — Center OJSC.
